Items are sent via Regular Australia Post unless Express Shipping option is chosen. Regular post speed is normally 2 - 4 business days in transit (APRIL 2020 UPDATE: expect some delays within Australia) . Note your postcode zone applies for timing on Express Post next business day delivery, but we will dispatch it same or next day after ordering. 

Once orders leave the studio, the tracking number is sent via email.
